I've been working on this one on and off for a bit, not getting around to it but I just finished it tonight. The coloring was done a bit quicker than usual, and I'm still struggling with a few things but I think it turned out ok.

This character is part of the same squad as my las character, but she has a bit more of a no nonsense outfit. I imagined her being a part of a group of trained special ops soldiers, above a swat team. Their unifying gear would be the hood and the scarf, as well as the leggings and armor. If I decide to design another one, I will try to use the same elements. Anyways, she would be the point-woman, being heavily armored and using a shotgun as her weapon of choice. The mask is a borrowed idea from a few places, (ie. Army of Two), except i added a limited function gas mask. Her armor is heavily based on her left side because she is a right handed shot and would expose her left side first. I used reference for the gun - it is based off an FN SG Tactical police shotgun, except I changed the stock and added a cartridge that the gun does not have.

Art wise, I kept the coloring simpler this time, lessened the highlights as everyone suggested. I added a bit of a pink rim light to unify the picture a bit more. I know it can be a bit of a cheesy trick but it's something new to me.

Most of the work was done in Painter 9, and finished up in Photoshop. Thanks for looking.
